Eliane ("Ellie") Probasco practices exclusively in the area of marital and family law in the Tampa Bay area since her admission to the Florida Bar in 2002. Ms. Probasco earned her J.D. from Florida State University in 2002 after receiving her B.S. in Journalism from the University of Florida in 1999.
Ms. Probasco has been involved in several legal organizations including the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, the Family Law Section of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and the Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers. She has been recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine as a Rising Star in Family Law from 2010-2014, and as a Super Lawyer in Family Law from 2015-2016. Ms. Probasco has also been selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers® Tampa 2016 in the area of Family Law, and in the Women in the Law Tampa 2016 in the area of Family Law, also published by Best Lawyers®.

Alexa ("Lexie") Revord Larkin joined Probasco Law, P.A. as a junior partner in June 2016. Prior to joining Probasco Law, she practiced exclusively in the area of marital and family law since her admission to the Florida Bar in 2013.
Lexie received her Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction (cum laude) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2009, where she participated as a varsity athlete on the track and field team. She received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in May 2013.
While attending Stetson Law, Lexie honed her interest in family law. She was selected to the honors program and completed a thesis on alimony reform entitled, “An Antiquated Practice in Need of a Modern Theory: An Analysis of the Justifications behind Florida Alimony Reform.” Additionally, Lexie served as a judicial intern in the family law division to The Honorable Paul L. Huey, Circuit Court Judge for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida. She also interned at a non-profit adoption agency and became a child advocate for the Guardian ad Litem program in the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida.
Following law school, Lexie has represented clients in litigated, mediated, and collaborative family law matters. She is trained in collaborative divorce, and has served as lead counsel on several complex collaborative divorce cases. On the opposite end of the spectrum, Lexie has experience representing clients with domestic violence issues.
As a young attorney, Lexie has already become a leader in her field. In 2016, she was selected to participate in the Hillsborough County Bar Association Leadership Institute and received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, a top ranking from a nationally recognized peer review service. She was also awarded the Top 10 Best Female Attorneys for Client Satisfaction by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys.
